Accomplishments

CHAD's accomplishments are only possible through strong partnerships and relationships. The organization's board of directors and staff are humbled and awed at the number of organizations, businesses and individuals who have believed in CHAD during its 30-year history and the community work we have accomplished on behalf of people who need housing.

The biggest area of CHAD's growth in the past year is in the city of Aurora. Thanks to a partnership with the city and its use of federal funds, CHAD has purchased five beautiful single-family homes in various parts of the city. Once CHAD has completed some light rehab on these homes, each one will become available for rent in the early spring. Continue to watch our available property listings for updates!

Rehab #1

Rehab #2
